Case Study
Albatravel didn't have a proper customer management system that could be integrated with its partners, nor a proper customer care campaign. Its challenge was creating a new relationship with B2B and B2C clients with the goal of increasing the customer experience and sales..
The first objective was to design the business workflow and the other was mapping or repairing the existent customer database. Second, we build Rize CRM with advanced capacities in Lead Management, Analytics, with integrated Voip Solution and a powerful AI Voice Assistant. Last, we setup and managed the Customer Care campaign with high quality Agents at 24/7 in order to support and optimize all the business processes.
Outcome
We developed a strong and professional business process using technology and human resources.
The business parameters such as Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) were grown by 90 %. The CRM Solution we provided is being integrated by another 7 business partners and the campaign continues to grow up year after year
