Case Study
The challenge We are talking about a giant in the field of entertainment and tourism, but which was in real difficulty due to serious problems with their B2B customer database. The goal was to repair, reconfirm and update their customer database. Our Approach It was more than an ordinary data entry or commercial outbound job. The main enemy was time, because we only had 3 months to repair a database with 50.000 clients of different typologies. The first objective was to analyze the data in order to build a work strategy . The other was to setup a professional multilingual outbound-inbound campaign.
Outcome
We used AI and automation to segment customers by location and fill in their data.
After, we built an outbound campaign in 5 languages to contact these customers and confirm their data and relationship with Disneyland Paris and to complete the data entry process into their CRM. We were able to grow a team of 50 agents and other specialists and get the job done in only 3 months.
