The challenge
Disneyland Paris, a prominent player in the entertainment and tourism industry, faced significant challenges with their B2B customer database. The database required repair, reconfirmation, and updating to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Our Approach
Our approach went beyond simple data entry or outbound sales efforts. Given the limited timeframe of 3 months and a database comprising 50,000 clients of diverse profiles, a comprehensive strategy was devised. The initial step involved meticulous data analysis to establish a solid working plan. Subsequently, a professional multilingual outbound-inbound campaign was implemented.
