Case Study
The challenge Disneyland Paris, a prominent player in the entertainment and tourism industry, faced significant challenges with their B2B customer database. The database required repair, reconfirmation, and updating to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Our Approach Our approach went beyond simple data entry or outbound sales efforts. Given the limited timeframe of 3 months and a database comprising 50,000 clients of diverse profiles, a comprehensive strategy was devised. The initial step involved meticulous data analysis to establish a solid working plan. Subsequently, a professional multilingual outbound-inbound campaign was implemented.
Outcome
To address the task efficiently, we leveraged the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to segment customers based on their locations and complete missing data fields. Following this, we executed an outbound campaign in five languages to reach out to these customers, confirming their data and relationship with Disneyland Paris. Simultaneously, the data entry process was seamlessly integrated into their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This complex endeavor necessitated a team of 50 agents and various specialists, enabling us to accomplish the task successfully within the stipulated 3-month timeframe.
